July 12th 2008
Kazumichi Grime performs live audio mix to video at Liquid Architecture 9 festival, Sydney. The performance is a simple set up consisting of eight ipods (yes, I looked like a sad Apple advertisement, not exactly what I had planned) and a 16 channel mixer. Video was a slow-mo shot of 3 seconds of motion slowed to 25 minutes. I tend to drag things out at times and won't do this again. I promise. Sound sources included pachinko parolur recordings form Japan I made, noise, cymbal recordings and other junk. A version of the live set is on the LA9 festival CD.

March 2008
Kazumichi Grime completes sound design for Animal Logic showreel volume six making a minimal techno track and sound design for DVD menus.

November 2007
Kazumichi Grime produces on cover version of Severed Heads' 1986 pop song hit, 'Petrol' in collaboration with Andrew Jones who played live glockenspiel, keys, hamronica amongst other stuff, voclas by, Andrew whats her name???.

Kazumichi Grime completes sound design for new Shaun Gladwell video art piece for his solo Shermans Galleries show. Shaun's pieces from the show will be headling at the 2009 Venice Biennal for Australia. Congrats.

Kazumichi Grime live at Big Day Out festival 2006 at Sydney Olympic Park, Appearing on the EAR stage. Live techno set using analogue drum machines, analogue sequencer etc. yes, I was stupid enough to drag my whole studio to Homebush Olympic Park.
